Zone Change

The Town Clerk is responsible for processing all zone change requests. The fee for the zone change is $400. You will also need to provide five maps of the proposed zone change.

Zone Change Kit

Kit includes:

• Zoning process and directions
• Sample petition
• Sample letter to adjacent property owners
• Sample posting sign
• Blank affidavit
• To find property owners within 500 feet of the proposed zone change, use this map.
  • Select the property in question. Default set to 100. Change to 500 (generate mailing list). Select either Excel, create mailing list, or print radius map.
