1. Verify Your Child's Status:
Call your child's doctor or check ctwizpublicportal.dph.ct.gov to make sure your child is up to date on their vaccinations.
2. Schedule Vaccination:
Call your child's doctor or the New Britain Health Department at (860) 826-3466 to schedule. Walk-ins available.
