Zoning Board of Appeals

The Zoning Board of Appeals is a seven-member board appointed by the Mayor subject to the approval of the Common Council. The Zoning Board of Appeals conducts public hearing on all matters dealing with variance, special exceptions and appeals regarding interpretations made by the Zoning Enforcement Officer.

The planning staff provides technical and administrative assistance to the Zoning Board of Appeals by supplying reports and recommendations on all variances and special exceptions.

The Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at 6:00 p.m. on a monthly basis on the 3rd Thursday of the month in City Hall Room 201.
