Registration Requirements
- U.S.
Citizen, 18 years of age and a bona-fide resident.
- Pre-registration of 17 years of age become eligible
to vote on 18th birthday.
- If previously convicted of a felony, have completed sentence
and had rights restored by a registrar.
- Register in Registrar's office from 8:15AM to 4:00 PM
Monday through Friday. Some form of identification must be presented.
- Registration by mail applications are available by
calling the Registrar's office or by downloading
the form here.
- Hearing impaired applicants may call Hartford TDD
(860) 566-1730.

Polls are open
for all elections and primaries from 6:00 am until 8:00 pm.
